Jeremy O'Dell comes from a real estate family. The son of a Tennessee real estate Broker, Mr. O'Dell grew up around the business. Jeremy has been designing and building homes since early 2001. After working for several local builders, he decided to start his own business in 2004. Since that time he has been building homes and satisfying customers across Knoxville. Not only is Jeremy a general contractor, but a true "builder." He designed his first home for a local resident while still in high school, and has been designing homes since that time. He has also spent countless years on the job site; framing and doing finish work on most of the homes he has built. Working as a general manager for Landview Real Estate for two years he helped others gain the skills to go into the building industry and gain employment. He stands out from other area builders because he's not just making the phone calls; he understands the process from a building perspective. Jeremy's homes that have been featured in several cornerstone area developments. However, the biggest compliment has been the return customers.
